RETURNS: For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on teething products.
SHIPPING: Our ordering processing time for items in stock will sometimes change. Please check the top of the home page for TAT. Ordering processing time is NOT shipping time. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship after ALL the items are in stock and ready to go. If you would like your order to be shipped sooner, please place separate orders. All orders are shipped by USPS. Once the packages are with USPS, we have no control over how long it will take for them to arrive at the designation. Please refer to the USPS website for standard shipping times. Please contact USPS if the tracking is shown as delivered and you have not received your package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
